I am PhD student at University College Cork, currently in my 4th year of wrestling with my thesis at the History dept. Current working title is James Fitzmaurice: Noble Opposition to Tudor Rule & National Identity formation in the Atlantic Archipelago, c. 1560 – c. 1580.
